ASP

Previously, in most companies all useful programs, applicable in organizations, installed in computers and servers. When companies decided to install a new program, they had to buy all rights and then install the program either by their own staff or the company which has a contract for installation, set up and maintenance of systems. Certainly, to keep these programs running, there should be operations like supporting, repairing probably defects, installment of a version of programs to cure new defects and etc. It is obvious that all these operations increase costs and decrease flexibility.

At the end of 1990s, a new method was found for the distribution of software in order to reduce costs and investments needed for using new software; therefore, a business called ASP was formed which recommended users instead of purchasing new programs in the form of IN HOUSE, they can access to their programs through a network. In fact, ASPs installed and ran necessary programs for companies in their own locations, then allow them to access through a network which was designed for a group of organizations.

Regarding a brilliant experience in producing banking software and electronic payments, TOSAN serves its customers with IN-HOUSE service and it tries to offer its programs and products online in the form of Software as a Service (SaaS).

TOSAN intends to be entitled as the first professional banking ASP in Iran and the ME region, so it is going to make relation between software and data center industries to be able to use capacities in the data center and carry out its launch plans.
