Tosan’s "Gamification in Banking" event was held at Espinas Palace Hotel in Tehran on August 27th with a group of senior bank executives. The event discussed the necessity of banking solution in the field of banking. In summery, gamification or gaming means using game structures in phenomena that are non-game-based because games have attractions that we would not find in a non-game world. The most common uses of gamification are to increase audience participation and to persuade them to change behavior. The gamification strategy can be effective in matters such as personal management, lending, bank policy making and increasing bank profitability.
