CASHWAY® TRANSFORMS ATM SERVICES THROUGH A PROCESS-ORIENTED APPROACH
Considering the development of the digital banking approach and the formation of new concepts such as neo-banks, the importance of ATMs in increasing the accessibility of bank services and branding is not concealed from anyone. Today, there are about 50,000 ATMs in Iran, and almost 40% of banking transactions are done through these machines. Therefore, the development of services that can be provided through ATMs and attracting more clients for them has always been the focus of banks.
One of the most important features of TOSAN’s new generation of ATM software is the ability to provide a wide range of diverse services, some of which have been implemented for the first time in the region and have no similar examples. Also, through the connection to the TSB+ process system, the customer can start, continue or end a process from the ATM.
The processes created by the bank and the third party have no role in its creation. With this capability, the bank can design and implement many products that have not been available in the ATM so far and use all the hardware facilities of the ATM such as the customer’s receipt printer, barcode reader, camera, etc. independently or in coordination.
