Card Management
The centralized card management product (CHQ) is designed and implemented with the aim of integrating and developing card services. The ultimate goal of this product is to centralize and improve the efficiency of various Back Office departments, including CMS, TMS, switches, and etc.
The users of this system are divided into two groups; The first group are branch users who receive the services they need, such as card issuance, card renewal, password reset, etc.
The second group is the users of the center, who are usually responsible for registering the basic information of this system and applying control restrictions or issuing a group of cards based on the requests of the branches.
