The Government Commodity Bundle System has been implemented since 2013 for the Ministry of Cooperative, Labor and Social Welfare. Throughout the years, the system has allocated monthly quotas to the disadvantaged and the low-income people.
It has also been used in national-scale projects such as distributing government-sponsored packages at the end of 1997.
The most important features of the system are
Purchase by credit gradually
Transparency in implementation and payment
Credit and commodity charging capability
No need to issue a new card
